Data Deletion

Local progress and submitted ratings are handled separately.

Updated: 20 October 2026

Save your reference code first

In the game, open Settings → Data deletion code. Copy the installation ID and, if useful, the slugs of levels you rated. Do this before clearing app data: the old ID may be unavailable afterwards. Do not post this code publicly.

Reset game progress

Settings → Reset progress creates a new local game profile. It does not remove server ratings, queued ratings, downloaded files or settings. To remove all local files, use Android Settings → Apps → Eagle Eye → Storage → Clear data (labels may vary). This removes progress, crystals, inventory and settings, with no cloud restore.

Ratings on GameCenter

Clearing the app does not withdraw submitted likes or dislikes. Prepare a request containing your old installation ID and ask for associated ratings to be deleted. The server stores a SHA-256 hash of this ID. There is currently no public automatic deletion API. Generating a request on this website does not send it or delete anything. Support will acknowledge your request and confirm the result and any applicable limitations.

Firebase

If your build uses Firebase, turning diagnostics off stops new collection but does not remove reports already received. Include the app version, dates and an available diagnostic installation ID in your request. Firebase and GameCenter ratings use different identifiers. Deletion options and timing depend on the Google product and project settings.

Prepare your request

Email hello.eagle.eye@binarywd.com with the subject “Eagle Eye data deletion”. You can prepare a request below and open it in your email app. Include the old installation ID to locate server ratings. This form does not send messages or delete data automatically.

Prepare a request
