What information Eagle Eye: Hidden Objects uses, and where it is kept.

Updated: 20 October 2026

About this policy

This policy describes data processing in Eagle Eye: Hidden Objects. The game does not require an account. Your progress is stored on your device.

Information on your device

The game stores progress, crystals, tools, previously granted VIP entitlements, level results, sound and vibration settings, downloaded scenes, a random installation ID for ratings and a queue of unsent ratings. Full save files are not sent to Firebase. Cloud saves are not provided.

Content and level ratings

The game requests its content catalogue and level files from gamecenter.binarywd.com. When you rate a level with like or dislike, it sends your choice, the level slug and a persistent random installation_id. The server converts this ID to a SHA-256 hash and stores your rating with that hash so a single installation can update its vote. Offline ratings wait in a local queue. The server also receives normal network information, including your IP address; the API uses it to limit request frequency. A specific server-log retention period has not yet been established.

Firebase diagnostics

Diagnostics help identify errors and measure performance. When Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics and Performance Monitoring are enabled, they may receive errors and crashes, technical device and app information, SDK installation identifiers, download timings and gameplay events: level start and end, tool use, incorrect taps, rewards and purchases with crystals. Context includes app and content versions, the current screen, level slug and attempt ID. Availability depends on the build and settings. These reports are not a cloud copy of your progress.

Diagnostic controls and limits

Gameplay events do not include arbitrary console messages, tokens, network request or response bodies, user names or full save files. The SDK may collect a native crash stack, device model, OS version and its own identifiers. Advertising ID collection and ad personalisation are disabled in the diagnostic bridge configuration. You can turn diagnostics off in the game settings.

Recipients and retention

GameCenter processes content and ratings. When Firebase is enabled, Google services process technical data. Processing may take place outside your country. Retention periods and deletion options vary by service and project settings. Turning collection off does not delete crash reports already received.

This website

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or user accounts. The report builder runs in your browser: input is not kept between page loads and is not sent automatically. When you visit the site, its hosting provider receives normal HTTP request information, including your IP address and browser information.

Your information and requests

For data processing or deletion enquiries, email hello.eagle.eye@binarywd.com. The Data Deletion page explains how to clear local data and prepare a request. Do not send passwords or a full save file.
